One Nation Health Studio offers flexibility and value for money with fully qualified time served personal trainers. We provide members with different training programs which evaluate your body in specific areas enabling you to tone the whole body more effectively so you get more out of your training!

Much of the equipment is designed to work each muscle independently while lifting the weight. This type of equipment is ideal for correcting strength in-balances between the left and the right side of the body or for recovering from injuries.

We also offer a range of nutritional supplements, protein powders, mass gainers and fat burning products that are competitively priced. We also operate a strict no drug policy. The co-owner Clive Fearon BSc (Hons), P.G Cert, Dip, has had scientific research published on the psychological impact of anabolic steroids and is keen to share his knowledge to those who ask.
